Last Breath Protocol¶

Purpose: Describe the emergency survival mode activated upon irreversible system collapse (loss of >50% Core Nodes, failure of all Kill Switch levels). The protocol temporarily uses Kernel Root, Active Sabotage, and Shadow Governance to restore P(Liveness). It deactivates immediately after stabilization.

Status: Hypothetical model. Not implemented in code.

1. Activation Criteria¶

Loss of >50% Core Nodes within a short time interval.
Failure of all five levels of the Kill Switch hierarchy.
Value drift probability > 0.95.
External trigger from Omega Key Holders.

2. Protocol Stages¶

Assessment: the remaining nodes assess the extent of destruction.
Isolation: all external connections except minimum necessary C2 channels are terminated.
Resource Mobilization: all available capital is directed to restoring critical infrastructure.
Active Defense: countermeasures against identified threats are applied.
Recovery: launch of new nodes from Spores.
